Uh, the sway may be due to the height but the bounce is not.  That is due to 
a single axle vs. tandem axles.  You get the same bounce sitting in the back 
of the truck quite close to the axle.  You don't get anywhere near that sort 
of bounce over the tandems of the trailer....
