My concern with this type of system is, what happens if horse rears up?  some 
of us have tall horses and I know mine would hit the Skyhook if he should 
rear up.  It's a neat idea but still unsafe as far as I can tell.  To me it 
falls into the catergory of hot wire fencing at rides, very unsafe.

Yes I know, I'm going to get "flamed" for that remark but it is true.  About 
hot wire fencing.

I don't see how it could be any more dangerous than a picket line.
