RE: AERC office policy on rider/horse info changes
Mike & Doyle:
To place this in the correct aspect I would like to point out that the AERC
Rules and Regulations state "12.3 Thirty days after the mailing of the AERC
Newsletter, the ride results printed therein become official and are not
subject to change, unless intentional fraud is proved."
Incorrect data pertaining to riders, horses or any combination there of,
outside of ride results, should be changed at the time the discrepancy is
noted.

Mike,
The policy of not changing incorrect data beyond 30 days after posting
in
Endurance News is for the current ride season only. If there's a problem
with someone's lifetime miles, etc. we'd be glad to correct any of those
we
can.
Doyle
