Boy, I'd be pissed!!!! What the heck do we pay taxes for?  I'd raise
HELL until SOMEONE did something.  Call highway patrol, call your town
trustees, call your country commissioner...call the animal
shelter...call, call, call and bitch, bitch, bitch or maybe cry in
TERROR!!!!

NO WAY I would allow a rabid animal under my porch and have to lock
myself and my family up....
