I agree about not learning a lot from continuing LD (maybe 1 or 2 to
rebuild some confidence).  There are lots of us aiming at more
conservative paces with our horses for whatever reason, should be easy
to hook up with one or more of us.  Also, about the breed thing, I've
noticed more Arabs on IV's at rides than other breeds.  I've been
reasonably successful with other breeds, but maybe because I've tried to
pace to the ability of the horse.  Also, probably more true, I've been
very lucky.
