Me, too, Gesa.  Now that I have had opportunity to ride some of the same
trails more than once, I look to how I can improve on the individual
trail...can my horse do a certain loop even 5 minutes faster?  Can he
recover this time in 2 minutes instead of 5?  Even, can we just get out of
the vet check on TIME?  :)  Those little things add up and may not account
for much anywhere else but in my book but improving a little each time
works for me.
