And you believe them?  Sorry, I do not.... when quality of road
construction improves it MAY warrant the HUGE amount of fund collected
for fuel taxes every year.

Commercial rigs pay well over $10,000 a year EACH in highway use taxes.
Figure out how many there are, how many miles they drive (and the
services they provide).

We pay for it many times over in increased costs across the board.....
