It's virtually the same stuff as State Line tack carries,
called "Tacky Tack", just comes in different colors. I saw
mine at Fred Meyers, you use it under rugs/carpets to keep
them from slipping on linoleum. Not sure what price
difference there is, but I'd bet the "horse stuff" is more
expensive. I bought the State Line kind a long time ago,
works great for me as well.
