Well, Tom's suggestion might work (if you look at a new pair before they
are put on or a reset after he cleans them off)...usually the name of the
shoemaker is on the underside of the shoe...but it might not tell you the
"style"...ie. all St. Croix shoes have that name on them but I don't think
they say "Eventers with clips" or "Extra EZ", etc. I still vote for just
asking.
