The other issue I think people need to think about is that there is hardly
anyone who wants or can afford to care for other people's retirees. If you
have a horse, you probably need to plan to care for him when he is old or
lame, or, you need to humanely destroy him, because most of the nice people
who offer a retirement home are fronts for the killer buyers.
