australian endurance

if there are any riders out there from Australia...could you explain how your "ride book" works??? I remember someone explained it in endurance news a couple of years ago but I can't find it...your system was mentioned briefly at the convention and I sure would appreciate more details...also its good points and draw backs...from people who have first hand knowledge...thanks allot!     Sandy
