saddle repair

I have a Passier dressage saddle I use for endurance
riding.  It is the most comfortable saddle for my old
injuries and for my gelding's back.  However, the
bottom panel needs to be replaced.  Does anyone know a
saddle repair shop that can do this?

We live in the middle of Arizona.
