Hey Hi!  I'm new to ride camp, but I thought I would join in on this one

We live 500 miles north of  Vancouver, BC. (yes Canada)
A nice horse property - 20 acres + with a good sized home , fenced with
hay fields, paddocks, barn with stalls, within 20 mins approx of a city
of 75,000 can go for around $250,000. We have mountains, lots of trees,
4 definite seasons, not too much rain in the summer and snow in the
winter for the winter sport enthusiast.  The only drawback is that there
are only 3 or 4 (if we are lucky) endurance rides within 150 miles from
June to Sept (it is too wet or cold for winter/fall rides)  There are
rides in the southern interior as well, but it is about a 6 or 7 hour
drive.  Riders from the south cross over the border.
