You can start LSD as soon as you start the horse under saddle--3 or 4 in most
cases. It takes at least 3 years to reach maximum bone density--more in some
cases. You can do a lot of your early LSD at a WALK--with youngsters, it's
just a matter of lots and lots of long, SLOW miles.
