About Dick's hip pain

Along with the other posts about what his hip pain could be:
I had similar pain start about 5 years ago and
subsequently found that the pain originated in my
right sacro-iliac joint (there are two sacro-iliac joints,
just about where the dimples are just above your butt and
they house the smallest synovial sacs in the body). For me
it was probably the start of arthritis.
I found this out from a physiotherapist I went to, who suggested
I try chrondroitin sulfate and glucosemine, which I did.
After 3 months on the stuff, I had no more pain. (I still
take a maintenance dose 3 times a week to this day)
I agree with Kat, that if the twist of the saddle is not correct
for your seat bone spacing it will eventually cause
some pain somehwere...
