It gives instructions for carbo loading with this product. BUT, Im not
sure about giving the electrolytes for 4 days prior to a race. It suggests
2oz per day for 4 days up until race day. Anyway, there is the info you
wanted. Maybe Tom Ivers or Sarah or ???? would care to compare this with
