Looking for House to Rent in Northern California

I know this isn't really endurance related, but my finacee and one other couple are looking for a house to rent in the Morgan Hill/San Martin/Gilroy/Almaden area of California. We are looking for horse property min. of 2acres, at least a 4bd/2ba house, willing to pay up to $2500/mo.  Also, must allow other animals besides horses.
