Horses give you warning they're about to kick? Not always. My yearling colt
kicked the snot out of me yesterday without warning. There was NO warning
and no reason for him to kick; he just did. AND he kicked me despite the
fact that I was standing way off to the side of him. So, let's change this
topic to "how to keep a horse from kicking" or "how to keep from losing your
head to a hoof when you're sure your out of kick range, but aren't."
