Racism in horses

Hi, Campers,

I wouldn't call it racism, but horses DO have preferences. My neighbor's
sorrel QH stallion would NOT breed a paint mare, no matter how much she
flirted and squealed. He wasn't so happy about appaloosas, either, but he'd
breed one with a lot of coaxing. He liked his ladies bay, chestnut or grey.
