Now Angie,

You should remember my story about riding my 12 hand tall 27 year old wonder
pony in a 25 mile ride last year!!!!
Did it in 4:33 minutes, and it was no strain at all, for either of us.  In
fact, she pulsed down faster and better than my half arab!

As to posting.....post every other stride!!!!  LOL
