I agree that dumping Tom is a real mistake but it takes all kinds and some 
just are not interested in anything new.  I actually print and keep a lot of 
what is discussed so I can refer to it later on.  Who knows when one might 
have "the problem" or need "that piece of info."  There were some real good 
discussions last winter on feed, etc., and they have come in handy.  My 
biggest problem is not having the knowledge I wish I had to go with all the
