Trail Ride: $30
All ride entries include dinner and happy hour the day of the ride
* registrations received after May 23 add an additional $10 to your total weekend entry fee
* non-AERC members add $25 non-member fee
* All riders pay one additional $10 BLM/Camping fee for the weekend
Payment Policy
Pre-payment is not necessary with your registration (except to reserve a corral), but is welcome and it helps us fund the event. We welcome payment by check, PayPal, or credit card (a 2% bank fee will be added to PayPal or credit card payments).
After you fill out this registration form you may go to the payment page to reserve a corral or to pre-pay your ride entry.
All cancellations will be refunded in full if you let us know at least 2 days before the ride. No-show's will be refunded minus a $20 administration fee.

Corrals are made from 12 x 12 or 12 x 16 foot stock panels.
If you wish to guarantee having a corral you must pay the corral rental amount in advance.
Otherwise it is first come, first serve. You will be refunded in full for reservation fee if you let us know at least 3 days in advance that you won't be coming.
